I have had a long experience with Buxton Ballarat. Firstly sale of the family home followed the purchase of a unit and subsequent sale of unit. With very good results on both of them. The Leasing department sequently found me a home which was to be sold and found me another home close by in a good area of Ballarat. Wonderful results.

Fhil went above and beyond to help myself and my housemate find a property to live in. He personally called me and asked what we wanted in a house and specifically found one that met our needs, even after I told him we had found somewhere to live which unfortunately fell through he was flexible and continued to help us find exactly what we wanted. 5 stars. He is very accessible and is good at keeping communication open regarding works on the property and any issues we have had thus far.
