We have been happy with the process of renting a property through Buxton. We were kept in the loop and every question was quickly answered. No hesitation in working with them in the future.

Helped us find our tenants for a new home. Although it took quite a while. They were very responsive in all dealings.

I cannot recommend Buxton Real Estate highly enough! As a landlord, I appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, and care that Jamie and his team provides. From day one, their communication has been exceptional. They keep me informed every step of the way, ensuring I’m never left wondering about the status of my property. Their follow-ups are timely and thorough, and I always feel like a valued client rather than just another landlord on their books. What truly sets them apart is their personable and empathetic approach. They strike the perfect balance between protecting my interests and ensuring tenants feel respected and supported. Their ability to handle any situation with professionalism and warmth gives me peace of mind. I appreciate how proactive they are—whether it’s handling maintenance requests, screening tenants, they’re always one step ahead. Their attention to detail and dedication to excellence have made property ownership as stress-free as possible. If you're looking for a real estate company that genuinely cares and delivers top-tier service, look no further.

We have rented through Buxton Ballarat previously and am now again a tenant of theirs and never ever have we had any issues. The property managers are very helpful when and if needing things regarding the property. Happy to be a tenant through them again :-)

We recently had the pleasure of leasing my investment property in Ballarat Lucas 3340 through Buxton Ballarat. I couldn't be happier with Nicole, our property manager with service. Nicole was incredibly efficient, proactive, and quick to communicate throughout the entire process. She handled everything with professionalism and ensured the leasing process went smoothly. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service made a potentially stressful process hassle-free one. I highly recommend Buxton and Nicole to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient real estate agent. Thank you, Nicole, for your outstanding work!"

It’s difficult to get throu past the receptionist. Being put on hold and then dropped out. Frustrating. But happy to have a home

I had a good experience with buxton and we are so happy with our home. Picking up keys and digital documents were so easy! Communication wasn’t 100% but we got there in the end so we are grateful for the outcome.
