Kaelee did a fantastic job communicating with us, keeping us updated through the application and approval process. Couldn't have asked for a more seamless move.

The house is well maintained with very little ware, many of the facilities are provided but essentials such as cleaning products, appliances, and so on weren't illustrated as supplied by the home owner or agency. Some advertised items weren't provided but most were and of high quality. Communication with staff is supportive, clear and friendly with the agent having friendly yet professional attitude when addressing concerns. However, my stay at the residence is quite short which limits my capacity to effectively provide good feedback but regardless Buxton is an effective and efficient agency that does concern themselves of their tenants. An quite important facet when working with tenants is to build reputation and rapport especially if the foundation is clear communication by both parties as to ensure a comfortable and stress free for the tenant and a streamlined portfolio for agents and home owners.

This is my second time renting through Buxton, and it’s just as good as the first time! The girls are so friendly and helpful, and always prompt getting back to you.

Josh & Jasmine are wonderful agents to work with. Josh has great knowledge on the rental market and suggested the prices. Jas finalized the top tenants which made the process easy. They are always a call away. I am with great relief can say my property is in a best hands.

I can't believe how easy it was to rent a property from Buxton, Nicole was just awesome, responded to my messages out of office hours which I wasn't expecting, but that's generally the only time I have to do paperwork. She was super helpful and generally just a lovely person

We are totally disappointed in your service from day 1 of taking procession of our rental property. The house was handed to us with out an inspection from the real estate agent. The house was never cleaned and when we got the agent to come around to the house to have a look at how the house was given to us he made every excuse under the sun as to why the house was left like this. Things were broken, walls with holes in them, cupboards never cleaned, stuff still left at the house from last tenants and we were told to get rid of them if we didn't want it.took cleaners that we had to organise as the agent couldn't organise before we had to move in as your real estate sold our home and had to be in before settlement date. The cleaners × 3 took 7 hours too get it to a reasonable condition to be lived in. We are so disappointed and if it wasn't for Mark and the fact he did an amazing job at selling our house in Paling Street we would be giving you an even worse review.
