All interactions with staff have been great. From Taylah in reception through to the property managers Phil, Brylee, Kaelee and last but not least Tayla. Tayla has been absolutely amazing from inspection - application - bond signing and beyond. Buxton definitely gave gem there!!

Jasmine was very informative of the property and very friendly and professional. Jasmine contacted me with updates of my application and confirmed once my application was accepted within days of applying. as i had a very small window to find a house and the rental market was very limited in Ballarat East, I dealt with most of Ballarat real estates and still waiting to hear back with updates on applications etc from many. Highly recommend Buxton Ballarat and Jasmine

Tayla Chalmers from Buxton has been managing my multiple properties for the past few years, and she is one of the best agents I have ever worked with. Her in-depth understanding of the Ballarat region and responsiveness to both tenants and landlords are exceptional. I am extremely pleased to have her as my agent and couldn't ask for anything better. I've referred several friends to her, and she now manages their properties as well. She truly is the best agent in Ballarat. If you're looking for a top-performing real estate agent to manage your property, I highly recommend Tayla at Buxton Ballarat.
