I had a great experience with Downton property management. Bella & Kate always kept me informed of any progress and were always available to speak to. Having numerous open homes and many hours spent looking for the right tenant. Highly recommend the property management team at Downton property

In communication the agent is very poor. To receive just acknowledgment on entry condition report it took them Two weeks. Moreover, some employees do take the responsibility of reception front staff. This is happened when I was to receive the Key from the agent.

Well, its our first time working with downton property. A clear cut communication with one of our agent Kelly is so pleasant. She helped us find a new property as the owner decided not to renew the one we are staying in, raise the task immediately as possible for the maintenance. Also the communication and instructionsare are very clear and transparent, we feel good to find the agent who listens us and understand our needs.
