The ladies who run the rental side of the agency, are extremely thorough, when they see something that need attention, they write and ask how the owner would like to deal with the problem. This kind of attention to detail ensures that the property is at all times maintained in excellent condition. The monthly reports are amazing. They are a delight to deal with.

I could not have had a better experience with a real estate agency. From the first viewing to gaining the property for rent, any request I had to breaking the lease. Nothing was too hard. Kate and Isabella were absolute professionals and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this real estate to anyone and I'll be sure to use them in the future.

We approached Downtown Property with a tenant request. On the same day the agent Kelly Males organised a special viewing of a property for us that fulfilled all our criteria. Due to the excellent management we were able to sign up for the contract the next day.
