Very happy with Kelly and the staff at Downton property. They helped us inspect our rental property via video call. We have moved from another state. Everything was done in a fast, friendly and professional manner. Highly recommend Downton.

Kylie and Nick did an outstanding job in managing my investment property. They prepped it and helped me in managing my old tenant and getting in a new tenant. They also helped me organise and orchestrate a mini reno. They were professional, efficient, and communicated effectively every step of the way. Their attention to detail and dedication made the whole process stress-free, and I felt confident having them manage my properties.

Very please with Kylie McCauley and Kate Young of Downton property agent. The team is proactive and very professional, with a strong knowledge of their field. Whenever issues arise, they address them immediately. They have assisted us with multiple residential units and have successfully found good tenants, which has improved our cash flow.
