I am an Investor with 25 Tenancies and have been doing this for 28 years. I had always encouraged my Stepson to invest in property and in the last 12 months he has bought three properties, two of which were through Natalie Downton. I was privy to the conversations/negotiations he and Natalie were having and I had a view that if I were to sell something, I would include Natalie in my list of Agents to interview. In the past I have sold eight properties on my way to accumulating my 25 and after dealing with several Agents I sold the last four myself, as I actually found this less frustrating and I believed my knowledge and passion was better than any other Agent I had dealt with. However, several months ago I decided to sell a Unit Block of four. I interviewed some Agents including Natalie Downton, and without a doubt Natalie trumped them all hands down! Not only with her knowledge but also her passion and drive - something I thought only an Owner would have about their own Property and that's where I believed my success in selling my own Properties had come from. Also, I am a Perfectionist and sometimes to my detriment I tend to micro-manage too much - so for me to engage an Agent would be a stretch (to say the least).
