I highly recommend Rohin.
I’ve sold two properties with Rohin this year. On both occasions he has been a pleasure to work with. Rohin has a vast knowledge base of the Knox area, he has plenty of experience & he uses this knowledge & experience to help form expert advice in getting your property ready for sale. I feel he got us top dollar for both sale’s because of his expertise. Rohin is engaging, easy to contact, prompt with replying to queries, honest & seems to be a fantastic negotiator.

10/10 amazing!
We found Rachel to be super helpful with the process of buying our first home! Buying a house is already very stressful and has its ups and downs but Rachel was very reassuring and made the process a lot smoother. Rachel is very knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. She really sold the house for us, making it feel like ours the minute we walked through the door. We have only good things to say about Rachel!

Great Agent
Out of all the homes we looked at Rachel was the only agent that actually knew anything about the property. She had all the relevant information on hand and the very few things she didn't know about the property she found out immediately. Most agents we encountered always answered "probably" to our questions without knowing the answers and just assuming and not following up to make sure the information they were giving was correct (which as it turns out, wasn't). I would highly recommend Rachel and if we sell in the future, Rachel is the one we will see.
