I purchased a property that Art was the selling agent via an auction. In the lead up to the auction, Art was very attentive to getting me what I needed, and the house had many open for inspections in a short period of time which allowed many inspections. After winning the auction Art has been very impressive with how she has handled everything, with both communication from her as well as her team supporting her. I have no complaints so 5 stars!
