Rachel presented an efficient and considered strategy tailored for my property and the market conditions and participants at the time of listing. Rachel then executed on the strategy as agreed, quickly delivering a sale agreement that fully priced the property.

I had a great experience with Art Sudharm from Area Specialist Art Sudharm my property at 82 Neasham Dr, Dandenong North. Art was approachable, responsive, and took the stress out of the whole process. She gave realistic advice on pricing + marketing, organised quality photos, and negotiated strongly on our behalf. We achieved a sale we’re really happy with. If you want a trustworthy agent who actually cares, choose Art Sudharm from Area Specialist any one selling the house again Art And her team professional, honest and she kept me updated every step. Got us a great result in a tough market. Would 100% recommend

Huge thanks to Rohin for helping us sell the unit. From the first phone call he was easy going and relatable. It made the process stress free and straightforward. He went above and beyond what we know an agent does, to get everything across the line and sell it well within our timeline expectations. He and Rhea are great communicators and get the job done fast and efficiently. We can't recommend them enough.
