Our Investment property at 110 Burrumurra Avenue , Ngunnawal is currently managed by Ms. Emily Glover, Belconnen Branch, L J Hooker. She has been managing our property for about two years now. We have found her to be a very competent, and well organised agent who attends to all aspects of managing the property efficiently and in a timely manner. When the previous tenant terminated the contract prior to the completion of the full term, she acted promptly to find another suitable tenant without causing us to lose rent for any period. She is thorough in her regular property inspections and keeps us informed of any repairs or any other matter that needs attention. She has also got repairs done for us utilizing tradesmen attached to L J Hooker. She communicates in a friendly manner and is easily approachable. She has an in depth knowledge of the rental property market and has provided us with sound advice each time a contract was due for renewal. We would gladly and without any hesitation, recommend Emily to our friends and other family members when and if they are looking for a rental property manager.
