We are very fortunate to have Marga as our property manager. She does an amazing job from keeping us up to date on our first investment property. Because of the service we got without any hesitation, we decided to go with LJH to manage our second one. She completely fulfills to her job title. Thanks Marga. You are awesome👌

I came across Claudia Pipitone on a weekend for asking about selling or leasing my property. She assisted me completely and informed me about my options regarding market, selling or leasing. She introduced me to one of her colleagues for selling market. Anyways, I finally chose her as my property manager and she professionally explained everything to me. She managed to rent out my property in less than a week that is just perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend her as a property manager when time is important for you.

My experience with Claudia was outstanding! I made inquiries to lease an apartment close to my work as a medical doctor and she found me an apartment the same day 6 minutes walk to my work! Claudia is professional, friendly and very accommodating. I really had a great experience of LJ Hooker - Dr Louis Koster

Tara Jones at LJ Hooker Belconnen (ACT) took over management of my rental property a few months ago, and did an excellent job at managing all the renovations in progress (new carpet, painting, blinds, etc.) and re-letting the property. The property was re-let very quickly, at a rent higher than I would have expected myself.

Tara has been very friendly, helpful and efficient during the process of signing our new lease, and has made everything simple and easy for us. We look forward to having her as our property manager :)

Claudia Pipitone has been so very helpful to us in the management of our property, in terms of both handling repairs to our unit and also looking after the transfer of our tenancy. Claudia is highly recommended by both of us. Rex and Leonora Adams

I have been a client of LJ Hooker Belconnen for many years & have been very impressed with the Property Managers' I have worked with, as I am based in Sydney & the rental property in the ACT. My current Property Manager Claudia Pipitone is in a word "outstanding" , Claudia's attitude , knowledge & co-operation is excellent & her willingness to go the 'extra -mile' on an Owner's behalf is a wonderful attribute , Claudia is a terrific asset to L J Hooker Belconnen.

My contact with L J Hooker Belconnen has been very positive from the minute I saw the property advertised and made an enquiry to inspect it. Marga O'Brien is my rental Property Manager and she has been fantastic to communicate with, responds promptly to my calls and emails. Marga knows her stuff and makes me feel valued as a good tenant. I'd highly recommend this Agency to others looking to lease a property in the area.

We moved into our rented house and a few things needed attention. All we did was shoot Marga a quick email and the job was done the next day! She usually replies to our emails within the hour. Great service, great communication.
