I highly recommend Emily Glover who has been managing my two investment properties. In respect of one in particular, an older property, a number of matters have needed to be addressed over time. Emily takes it all in her stride, offers sensible advice as to how to fix the problem, listens carefully to my views, happily arrives at a mutually agreed position and efficiently attends to rectifying the problem. Statements supported by all the required tax receipts/information, are always received on time. In fact, the whole office including the rest of the property management and leasing team is run very efficiently. LJ Hooker Belconnen has quite a large property management and leasing team, very useful and handy if the Property Manager looking after you is ever away from the office for leave or other reasons. Emily had a need to take a couple of days off unexpectly recently. The rest of her large property management and leasing team seemlessly picked up where Emily left off, As I was re-leasing one of my properties, I dealt with three or four members of the rest of the team, all highly efficient, knowledgeable and presentable.
