Fantastic result!! David Ferrari and his team at Bell Property Glenelg assisted us in selling our investment property. They were so professional from our first consultation to this property settlement. They assisted us in organising a staging company, getting their house ready for sale and overall guidance in the sale process of the house. David made the process simple and effective. I would genuinely recommend him to family and friends.

Rhys has been very accommodating and helpful throughout the sale process. Would have no hesitation in referring him to my friends and associates in Adelaide. Sale not quite completed yet.

Responding to an ad, I had an initial conversation with Michael to express an interest in a particular apartment building. He followed up with a potential subsequent lead for a potential vendor. We ended up purchasing that property very quickly. Very easy transaction.

Excellent experience with David. 5 stars is not enough for the amount of work and commitment put in. David helped guide us through the steps of the campaign with precise and relevant advice. He is very knowledgeable with the market. He was always prompt in reporting after the open inspections and reassuring us of the number of groups inspecting the property.

Michael has just sold our house in Somerton Park and it was a great experience on all aspects. He is a very committed realestate agent, a great person to deal with and he has sound knowledge of the local housing market with a large network of contacts. His communication is spot on and he kept us informed by regular reports and check ins, all through from start to finish. I would definitely highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again in the future.
