Through the whole process from the first meeting with Rhys to the Auction we found this to be very professional. Rhys listened to our needs and concerns prior to any listing or advertising which we found refreshing and felt an immediate sense of trust. We were impressed with the Open Inspections and moreover, the follow up calls after each Open and the subsequent reports. The pre-auction meeting was done with the whole team which showed the same level of commitment and professionalism. The Auction was carried out in the same manner as all our dealings and we were happy with the outcome.
