About Ashleigh

Ashleigh, more commonly known as Ash around the office, began her real estate career in 2011 as a Sales Administrator. After five years mastering the administrative side of the business, she transitioned into Property Management, where she successfully managed her own portfolio for four years. She later stepped into a leadership role at Xceed, overseeing the reception, admin and offshore teams. In April 2025, Ash transitioned into the Leasing Team Leader position, where she now leads the leasing department with the same hands-on approach and dedication she’s known for. Known for her approachable style and practical leadership, Ash is passionate about mentoring others, streamlining processes and building a cohesive team. With experience across multiple areas of real estate, she brings a well-rounded perspective and plays a key role in driving team success and service excellence at Xceed. Fun Fact: Ashleigh considers herself a songbird (without the talent)

Born and raised in Kalgoorlie, Kristie-Lee's very first job was in real estate. Since then, she has forged an exciting career in the industry, where affiliated industries and broad opportunities for professional growth abound. Commencing her career in 2009, Kristie-Lee completed her Sales and Property Management registration and moved to Perth in 2013. Here, under the guidance of highly regarded industry legends at Harber Real Estate (the most awarded agency in REIWA history), she honed her skills across an ever-evolving property market. Joining Xceed Real Estate in 2019, Kristie-Lee seized the opportunity to develop her skills further by servicing a growing and diverse investment portfolio. She loves that no two clients are the same - many are seasoned investors, while newer investors rely on professional guidance and extra support. The initial 'needs analysis' is where Kristie-Lee discovers what level of service is required, the best way to market the property and any issues that may affect the potential rental return. Her ability to work on large scale projects has established Kristie-Lee as a preferred agent for developers and sophisticated investors with large portfolios of 35+ properties. Kristie-Lee loves the sense of community and camaraderie within the Xceed office, and she thrives in the fast-paced environment. Excellent agency for property owners

XCEED was very responsive to all my questions and helped me throughout the process. Organised tradies with ease for fix-ups and answered all my questions. Enough care to feel like they are a boutique firm but so responsive and organised that it feels like they are a global enterprise. Had my property rented in record speed. Highly recommend. Amazing, helpful, caring and supportive!!!

The Xceed team have been amazing. From getting our application across the line with the owners, especially because we hadn’t even landed in the country yet! Then helping and being super understanding as I was going through the bond lodgement and payment process and the delays we experienced due to the international transfer. Organising maintenance on the property to occur so quickly as well on our move in day. Just all around amazing team!! The whole lot of Ashley, Doneata and Sophia. So happy we are with Xceed and looking fwd to the many years ahead.

Good Property Management

Natalie my property manager has been very good in the management of my 1brm apartment, and delegating tasks to others as needed. Her and the team are very quick to respond any questions I have, and also had my new place rented within a week. Recommend the Natalie if you are looking for a property manager in Doubleview, Woodlands, Wembley area.

Finally got a place

After 10 months of viewing, applying and getting knockbacks, we finally got a rental through Exceed. The manager and the lease consultant were extremely helpful and answered all our questions. They even gave us time to pay for the bond, as we had big expenditures to deal with at the same time.
