Hive are a good quality rental agent, from the perspective of a landlord client. Their handling and process for renting out our house in Canberra was great, with photography, listing, and rental agreement all taken care of easily. They are responsive to communication and have made the effort to coordinate well with us. Their pricing is also a bit better than market rate, with them taking 1% less management fee from the rent than other agents we inquired with. This review would have been 5 stars however the first open for inspection we held was not attended by any prospective tenants which I believe was contributed to by the listing not listing the open time and date initially. We had no issues once Hive rectified this.

My dealings with HIVE was first class. All staff were very friendly and available when I needed assistance or just had a query throughout the year. The agency really care for their client, and being far from my regular home, this made me feel special and not just a number. I would highly recommend HIVE to any potential property seeker in the future.

My family and I have been working with HIVE for the past 2 years. We've had complex investment properties with challenging legal issues and also purchased and sold property during this period. Sam and the team at HIVE have been able to negotiate the complexities and supported my family throughout the entire process. They have always provided timely and insightful advice when we really needed it. If you are looking for holistic management of property and rental investments, I can't recommend HIVE highly enough.
