I met Dave as the selling agent when I purchased a property. I found him to be personable and easy to deal with right from the start. I was that impressed with him I end up using him to sell my property. Dave is trustworthy and reliable. These are two traits that in my opinion are a must when engaging a real estate agent to sell your property.

David recently headed a team in selling my mother's unit in Stewart St, Dundas. Due to access difficulties and proximity to HV power lines, it did not suit many of the prospective buyers who viewed the property, but David's perseverance and his commitment to being available for numerous open houses and private inspections resulted in us achieving a very good price for the unit. I would recommend David to anyone planning to sell a property.

We found David and his team most helpful, honest and in tune with the market. He kept us up to date every step of the way throughout the marketing and sale of our home. We strongly recommend David to anyone wishing to put their home on the market.
