Smart and To The Point
I have bought and sold many residential properties, and this was the sale of my personal home. After a good renovation, I interviewed three agents and chose Alex for his obvious experience and ability to capture the market I was targeting. I had three competitive offers within one week of listing and the property sale completed within a month. So happy I made the choice to go with Alex and Harcourts. A Very Competent and Results Driven Real Estate Agent
I was extremely happy with the service provided by Rowena in selling my investment property. She is such a hard worker and worked around the clock to find a buyer for my property. My property was tricky to find a buyer for because of the nature of the property but Rowena never gave up. She used her wide range of contacts to find a suitable buyer and went beyond the call of duty to keep my property presentable during the campaign because I live interstate. I was so lucky to have my property in such good hands and was happy with the sales result. Thank you Rowena for being delightful throughout the sales process. You made what would have been an otherwise stressful experience weirdly enjoyable and I know my other two properties that I have listed through you are in expert hands.

Excellent and Hardworking, Honest Agent
Well to start with the whole experience of selling the house is indeed very stressful But if you have Alex Stassen and its team on your side then you don't have to worry about anything. Alex is a genuine, honest agent he gives you many options and insights of market and during the whole transition process will keep you well updated. For my property Alex left no stone unturned and got me the HIGHEST Price in Edens landing.I would definitely recommend him for Sales, Purchase or Advice's of any Property.

Rowena is a power house!
On first meeting with Rowena I found her up front and great depth of knowledge about the market place. All the way through this process she has been attentive and personable. Outstanding Rowena
Rowena, a name, a brand name. When I hear this name I imagine a super enthusiastic, passionate person. 'No' is a deleted word from Rowena's dictionary. The time I decided to sell the property was not a good time. But Rowena took the challenge where my property managing real estate agents failed to generate interest in the buyers mind. Rowena does exclusive marketing, follows up with prospective customers. She reaches out to the buyers, rather than waiting for the buyers to come to her. When Rowena called me for the first time about selling property I felt the confidence and the positive vive in her voice which prompted me to trust her straightaway...... Anyone can sale property when the market is good, but Rowena sold my property when everything in the market was not in our favour. Rowena took the challenge and sold the property. It is worth to have Rowena as your sales agent. She is exclusive but the outcome is worth of having her a my sales agent.....

Excellent experience again!
