Alex was professional right from the start, he followed through with everything he said he would and kept us in the loop on a regular basis. We started out with another agency which was a mistake however Alex was able to turn things around and obtained a great result for us. We definitely recommend Alex to anyone thinking of selling their home. Yours sincerely Frank and Wendy Lister.

Honest and hard working, Alex is the agent I chose based on feedback from others and his local visibility. His knowledge and experience in the market, selling and buyers advise and charismatic personality all led to a quick and optimally priced sale. His actions met his words. Very happy with the result.

Alex was friendly, knowledgeable and straight to the point. He knew the owners & history of the house so was able to answer all our questions. I feel he worked in the best interest of us as the buyers, as well as the sellers. Overall I would recommend Alex and if we sell in a few years will be looking him up.

Like all big decisions/moves there is always stress and struggle in the moment. Our experience was no different apart from one major exception. The difference for us was Alex. Alex was always there to listen and calm the situation. Or indeed duck to the other side of Brisbane for a box of tiles. Thanks!

I have bought and sold many residential properties, and this was the sale of my personal home. After a good renovation, I interviewed three agents and chose Alex for his obvious experience and ability to capture the market I was targeting. I had three competitive offers within one week of listing and the property sale completed within a month. So happy I made the choice to go with Alex and Harcourts. Easily the best selling experience I have had in any market, let alone a challenging one. Thanks Alex, it was a breeze!

I was extremely happy with the service provided by Rowena in selling my investment property. She is such a hard worker and worked around the clock to find a buyer for my property. My property was tricky to find a buyer for because of the nature of the property but Rowena never gave up. She used her wide range of contacts to find a suitable buyer and went beyond the call of duty to keep my property presentable during the campaign because I live interstate. I was so lucky to have my property in such good hands and was happy with the sales result. Thank you Rowena for being delightful throughout the sales process. You made what would have been an otherwise stressful experience weirdly enjoyable and I know my other two properties that I have listed through you are in expert hands.
