Highly professional and good communicator

Living in Sydney, I recently purchased a property in Singleton, and I must say, my experience with Renae from Bailey Property and Livestock Agent was exceptional. Although I didn't have the chance to visit Singleton, Renae provided me with comprehensive information about the property during our initial conversation, which helped establish trust. She followed up with me on the same day, making me feel comfortable working with her. When we met on inspection day, I found Renae to be friendly, professional, and relaxed. Throughout the contract exchange and even after, she kept in touch, offering assistance and providing necessary documents for my loan application, such as contracts and rental appraisals, in a timely manner.
