We asked Scott to arrange inspections of just two acreage properties in the Singleton area. Scott allocated generous time allowing for our late arrival from Sydney, plenty of time to inspect each place thoroughly, providing good overview info and informative, impressive promo brochures. Scott and his team provided quick answers to all our requests regarding the one property which we really liked, leading to a second inspection with Scott's associate Melanie Sunderland, prompt supply of other support documentation and good advice and support during the auction (not our customary or preferred means of selling or buying). As the successful purchasers Scott, Melanie and his team helped us accelerate a 21-day settlement allowing us access before Christmas, with their subsequent good advice on tradesmen and services in the district proving to be very helpful. This might sound glib, but from the outset it became clear Bailey's were willing to go over and above to get us the best possible result; and that's exactly what happened. It really meant a lot to us that Scott and Melanie physically walked the property with us. It really showed us that they valued our business, by really trying to identify our property's selling points and figuring out how to highlight them. Throughout the entire process Scott and Melanie were in constant contact and we always knew exactly where everything was up to. A big reason for initially choosing Bailey's was their hard copy and social media marketing. And I have to say, they exceeded our expectations. We have no doubt this was a deciding factor in the property's exposure and sale price. Would 100% recommend them. Scott and Melanie’s knowledge of the local area is second to none, they kept in touch at every step of the process and made sure we understood and where comfortable with every decision before it happened.
