Scott allocated generous time allowing for our late arrival from Sydney, plenty of time to inspect each place thoroughly, providing good overview info and informative, impressive promo brochures. Scott and his team provided quick answers to all our requests regarding the one property which we really liked, leading to a second inspection with Scott's associate Melanie Sunderland, prompt supply of other support documentation and good advice and support during the auction (not our customary or preferred means of selling or buying). As the successful purchasers Scott, Melanie and his team helped us accelerate a 21-day settlement allowing us access before Christmas, with their subsequent good advice on tradesmen and services in the district proving to be very helpful.
