Right from the beginning when we were considering selling, Scotts advice about what improvements to do, and what not to do to reach a maximum possible price for the property was priceless! While at the time the outlay seemed excessive. What was to be achieved was almost unbelievable! Scotts timing, knowledge, experience and ability to market, all contributed to a successful sale. Scott Bailey and his team helped me purchase my first property. Scott has a great reputation in the local area and it’s clear to see why!
