Right from the beginning when we were considering selling, Scotts advice about what improvements to do, and what not to do to reach a maximum possible price for the property was priceless! While at the time the outlay seemed excessive. What was to be achieved was almost unbelievable! Scotts timing, knowledge, experience and ability to market, all contributed to a successful sale. His professionalism in negotiating is commendable and we wouldn't, and couldn't have acheived the result without his sound knowledge and advice on all aspects throughout the sale. Scott Bailey and his team helped me purchase my first property. Scott has a great reputation in the local area and it’s clear to see why! Throughout the journey of looking for my first property I had dealt with several other real estate agents in my local area that were extremely unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with to the point I walked away from pursuing a couple of properties, however this was NOT the case with Scott.
