It really meant a lot to us that Scott and Melanie physically walked the property with us. It really showed us that they valued our business, by really trying to identify our property's selling points and figuring out how to highlight them. Throughout the entire process Scott and Melanie were in constant contact and we always knew exactly where everything was up to. A big reason for initially choosing Bailey's was their hard copy and social media marketing. And I have to say, they exceeded our expectations. We have no doubt this was a deciding factor in the property's exposure and sale price. Would 100% recommend them. It spoke volumes to us that Bailey's would make the effort to support us and listen to our needs. In our experience they exhibit a level of customer support and genuine care that is a rarity in real-estate. Where we were used to feeling like another number, Bailey's felt like dealing with friends.

Scott and Melanie’s knowledge of the local area is second to none, they kept in touch at every step of the process and made sure we understood and where comfortable with every decision before it happened. Due to COVID restrictions we end up doing our auction online which was not what we expected when we started the sale process but Scott and Mel had all the answers with the change in the process and kept our best interests as their main priority.
