Nunzio wasn't my first choice, but he was my husbands, he seem too young and I didn't think he had the experience, even though they all say they do. I will be the first to admit I couldn't be more further from the truth, Nunzio was excellent. He listened, (actually listened to us), he gave us suggestions (not in a way of "you need to do this" demand), and was realistic, always open for communication. Once sold, (in record time I might add), Nunzio, continued to communicate with us, even if there wasn't anything to really talk about, the line of communication was still opened. When settlement was getting closer, Nunzio was onto everything, again communicating, (as it had been a very long time since we last sold a property), giving us every bit of information that we would need to get ready for settlement. All I can say, is that I'm happy to have been wrong, and both my husband and I, would recommend Nunzio to everyone who will listen.
