Jess and her whole team did an amazing job using their skills, professional knowledge and experience to provide advice and guidance while conducting an outstanding marketing campaign to get us a fantastic result. This was an even more impressive performance when you consider the tight time frame we gave them to work their magic with once the house was ready to put on the market (less than two weeks). Noting that the relationship with Jess began some several years ago when we first explored the sales and rental market, throughout this time Jess and Amanda were always there to provide their professional advice without obligation which was exceptional helpful in guiding us over the years. We can't thank Jess and the sales team for absolutely everything they did for us in the 5 or 6 months leading up to the house being put on the market and even more so over the few weeks the property was on the market as it really helped steer us safely through a quite stressful period. We were extremely pleased with the outcome and at the same time we are a little emotional at the sale of the property which had been a long time family home however, Jess, as was her team, was always there no matter the time of day to provide positive and heartfelt support throughout the exciting journey.
