Purchasing a new home can be quite daunting however my experience with Jess and Jess from Stone was nothing other than exceptional. As a first home buyer they were able to assist with my small and large queries, provide advice and comfort when I needed it. Every question was responded to with a warm smile and sincere understanding. The house itself was presented beautifully. From the photographs online to when I visited in person it was immaculate. It felt like home as soon as I walked in.

It can be hard to pick a good agent based upon proposals and preliminary conversations. It's really only after you have made a decision and signed up that you find out if it was a good call, or not. We are really happy with Jesse and the team. Transparent, great communications, and great advice and insights as the process unfolded. We ended up selling before auction, thanks to their efforts. I doubt we could have had a better experience. We are very happy with our decision to run with Jesse and the team.

It was really a great pleasure dealing with Jess! We expected 5-star treatment and we got it! We did receive an excellent and efficient service with utmost professionalism from the start to the end. Jess and the rest of the Stone Team -Jess D, Shaye and Sam, did an excellent job in communicating the process throughout, from planning to negotiating, and even to after sales communication. Jess is very knowledgeable about the market and also offers tips for a higher chance of having a good outcome. She managed our sale campaign amazingly. She (and Jess D) are indeed efficient project managers! They make it happen! When they’re not around, they make sure that the rock stars Shaye & Sam are there to take care of our nittiest-grittiest of our needs. Looking back, we can really say that we’re happy and contented with our sale journey.
