From the first time we met James he came across genuine and open. He was happy to answer all questions and if he didn't have the answer, he spoke with the owners for an accurate response. James was very clear with the current situation the sale was in. He would always return calls, emails or txt msgs promptly and whilst he was working for the seller, we felt as the buyer, he also had our best interests in mind. Professional. Respectful. Genuine. When it comes time to sell, we will use James.
