Great service
James delivered on what he promised. We received good credible advice on the market and the proposed marketing and a sale was achieved above the recommended listing price within 7 days of listing which was a pleasing result. Service from the team at Soames was fantastic right through until settlement. I would highly recommend James and his team

Expansive knowledge and genuine credibility
We sold our apartment through James Campbell and we could not possibly recommend him highly enough. His market knowledge is vast, and it came in very handy on so many occasions. We were actually buying first, and he knew the areas and would research specific properties and suburbs for us so that we could make informed offers, and that's before we even got to selling our apartment! He always went above and beyond. His communication skills are very comforting and he understands the ins and outs of the negotiation process very well. This resulted in a great sale result. On top of this his credibility is evident at every stage, he was a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the whole process provided by James and the team at Keith Soames.
