It was a delight to work with Brendan and the McGrath team. He gave us up-to-date market information, including how best to present the home. A marketing campaign calendar was developed, showing all of the activities once agency had been signed, right up to the auction date. Weekly updates on the open house and the status of prospective buyers was communicated exceptionally well with great feedback. Brendan used his excellent negotiating skills to achieve a sale price that extremely good within two weeks of signing the property on with McGrath.

I purchased my property through Brendan King and as a first time buyer in the area he was extremely helpful through the entire process. His communication was excellent keeping me informed as the sale proceeded and answering my questions in a timely manner. I am happy to recommend Brendan.

I recently sold my town house at Warners Bay within a week. I was extremely happy with the price that Brendan and Anthony were able to obtain for me. I have had many years of dealing with Anthony and only recently Brendan but I find their integrity and dedication to finding the best buyer for you are impeccable. Their knowledge of the market place is superb. I have tried other Real Estate Agents but none compare to McGrath. I am only too pleased to recommend these people for selling your home or advice in purchasing a new property. Dorothy
