He and his team went the extra mile to support us through the process (our first time selling), communicated a clear plan from the outset and updated us daily. The invaluable heavy lifting though (we learned) was the work he did behind the scenes to advocate for us and negotiate with various buyers on our behalf (long into a Friday evening, I might add!) to get a good result for everyone involved. Patrick promised that he would hold my hand and guide me throughout this process and he absolutely did. Patrick’s knowledge of the local market was outstanding. He was able to talk me through things that I didn’t understand and kept me informed at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble and he definitely went the extra mile for me. Patrick’s secret weapon is definitely Monica. Monica was able to project manage every step of the house preparation pre sale and even provided much needed coffees throughout the process. She went over and above and was always just a phone call away. Anthony was also just fabulous. I would 100% recommend Patrick, Monica and Anthony. They make a great team and resulted in selling my house in a tricky market at a great price.
