Any team to perform optimally needs to be lead. I was comfortable with the team as well as the principal agent. Some vendors will be very satisfied when the sale price exceeds their expectations and others may be less satisfied when the sale price is less than their expectations. Market conditions dictate what is a mutually acceptable sale price. The principal agent provided careful and objective guidance and we concluded the sales process expeditiously.
