If you want a man you can trust, Tom is your man. We chose Tom for his track record and he did not let us down. He uses his experience and people skills to assess and communicate the market situation and how best to progress the sale. We recommend Tom any day.

David first dropped by to introduce himself to the neighbourhood some years back and when it came time to sell I was reminded to try to find the nice fellow who had spent time talking to me about my house. Why go looking for a different agent when one had already made the effort with a personal visit and follow up contact? As it happened I found he had recently dropped another note in the mail so we called him. That was early last year just when COVID hit so we delayed. This year we decided to push on, even in a second lockdown. The 2021 lockdown meant David had to spend more time in our home with the many appointments instead of open inspections and so he got a good feel for what we had to sell. David has been a real pleasure to work with, he has been responsive and thoughtful throughout the years it took him to land the role as my agent and the same applied all through the sales campaign. Well done to David for a great result for all of us.

As one of the most genuine agents we had the pleasure of meeting, Christian Percuoco was professional, hard working and an excellent communicator. We would highly recommend him to others.

Christian impressed us from our very first conversation we had about selling our property. He took the time to ask us what was most important to us, and also very quickly demonstrated outstanding knowledge of the market we were selling to. Combined with his obvious sales skill, Christian is incredibly customer oriented and responsive to calls and emails, so you always feel valued and up to date with what is happening. Christian is also highly professional, respecting both the seller and the buyer, skilfully building a relationship with both, for a mutually satisfying outcome. We would definitely work with Christian again - either selling or buying - without any hesitation!

Prior to working with Mark we had done some research and knew he had a great reputation. However, we had no idea exactly how outstanding he would be. Nothing is more important when you're selling your property, than having an agent with strong capability to develop a sales strategy and negotiate. We have not not seen better than Mark in our real estate transactions over the last 20 years spanning several countries. On top of this, Mark is unfailingly professional and easy to deal with. He listens, advises, and listens again. You really feel like he has your interests completely to heart. It is also great to see that he treats buyers with respect and cares about their needs, as well. Mark has also built an impressive team with Christian Percuoco as his sales partner, supported by Olivia Chatham. Knowing that there is a great team - not just one person - fills you with great confidence. Mark and his team achieved what they promised us and that can be very rare. We would work again with Mark in a heartbeat.

David Benjafield from Belle Property did an outstanding job in selling our property in Naremburn. He worked with us closely on the property's presentation, gave us invaluable advice and made the whole selling process as painless as possible. As a result, the property sold incredibly quickly and yielded a result that was very fair for both us as vendors and the new owners. We can absolutely recommend David and his knowledge and expertise in Naremburn.

Very satisfactory. Mark is efficient, and an excellent negotiator. All stages of the preparation of the property for sale went smoothly. Selling is a traumatic process and Belle is the way to go to minimise the pain.

Mark was a pleasure to deal with , he was honest and gave us all the facts to make an informed decision. I also felt he cared about supporting us in our purchase.
