Before selling we were apprehensive about the auction and overall process but Tom Scarpignato and his team immediately put us at ease. His calm, methodical and professional manner was brilliant. He communicated with us regularly and gave us advice at certain times, including moving the auction forward which paid dividends and helped us achieve a result we never had thought possible. We cannot praise Tom enough and would highly recommend him.

Christian was a delight to deal with. Having worked with Christian before, we had high expectations going into this transaction and Christian delivered yet again. His 'realistic' views on the property market and straight down the line approach, provides both the confidence and reassurance, you are dealing with someone genuinely good at their job. A consummate professional!

It was very important to us that the agent for the sale of our property was someone we could trust. This was a defining moment that would have significant effect on our financial security for the rest of our lives. We felt our property was safe in the hands of David Benjafield. He was professional, communicative, punctual and sincere at every part of the sale process. We went with him because we were assured of his integrity. Importantly, for us, he did not engage in the hyperbole that some agents cough up - instead he gave us informed and realistic advice consistently. He ran a competitive but fair sales process that netted us a wonderful result. We would recommend him without hesitation.

I recently bought a property through David. The sale process was highly competitive but throughout David was always transparent, communicated well and frequently with me and was able to answer all my queries quickly and without fuss.

David did an exceptional job in selling my place, both from a management of potential buyers and his communication with me as the vendor. He created an exceptional level of buyer interest throughout the campaign and provided excellent and concise feedback / strategy recommendations throughout the process. He left no stone unturned and that resulted in a sale result that was above my expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering selling in the area.
