Ultimate Professional
As a Buyer's Agent who deals with many selling agents, David Benjafield is up where with the most personable, straightforward and knowledgable agents I have dealt with. When my client needed one more inspection late on a Friday afternoon, David changed appointments to accommodate the request. David also spoke very openly and honestly about what we needed to do to secure the house before auction, including giving us valuable insights into the type of interest in the house. This enabled me to advise my buyer accordingly and gave her the confidence to make the necessary offer without any games being played. We secured the purchase that evening - needless to say, I have a very happy buyer, who found and purchased a home in less than one month. Goes above and beyond
David went above and beyond to sell our house. We weren't the easiest clients as we didn't want to go to market and we wanted a premium price. In one week, David showed our house off-market and then got a buyer to make an offer in line with what we wanted. He worked tirelessly on our behalf and kept us updated throughout the process. He set realistic expectations, and even arranged for someone to paint a couple of the rooms prior in order to brighten them up and moved furniture around (with our permission of course) to maximise the way it presented. While many agents just post an ad on Domain and Realestate.com.au and wait for buyers, we would highly recommend David for his professionalism, market knowledge, database of customers and especially for his positive attitude and work ethic.

Helen is an exceptional agent whom I cannot recommend enough.
I met Helen Wilson 3 years ago when I wanted an appraisal of my apartment’s value. I was impressed then by her quiet confidence, thoroughness and non-salesy attitude; the exact opposite of the other 3 agents I interviewed. In the 3 years since, Helen quietly kept me up to date with her sales successes, not badgering me like the others about selling; just keeping me informed every few months or so. My first impression was reinforced time and time again. Recently Helen alerted me to a near-record, off-market sale in my own building, at a difficult time just after the first COVID-19 wave. That was my catalyst to act and, 7 weeks later (after a mini-renovation), Helen sold my apartment for more than that figure. Considering I had tenants in place, the second wave of COVID-19 was current and everyone was jittery and indecisive, I consider this an extraordinary result. Helen is an exceptional agent whom I cannot recommend enough. She is organised, punctual, accessible, knowledgeable, consistent and thorough. Wonderful agent, best in the business
From the time we first met David his honesty and professionalism shone through. We went in thinking our house was well prepared, but David and his team were able to take it to another level which blew us away and set us apart from other properties on the market. It was this preparation along with a great campaign that got us a fantastic result. The true colours of an agent show when it comes down to the crunch of negotiations. David always kept us in the loop, and when it came to a decision he provided advice and guidance to help us reach a decision (as opposed to pressure which most agents trade on). We felt comfortable and confident the whole way along. We couldn't have had a better experience and will use him again for our next place.
