Sold in a week and fantastic to deal with
Matthew was a pleasure to deal with. He knew the market well and gave considered and sound advice. The property was on the market for just over a week and sold well in a difficult market (coronavirus lockdowns). Communication was excellent and he made the process easy. Would highly recommend.

Matthew is genuine agent with great market knowledge who collaboratively works with vendors to achieve the best price. Great communication and very professional
I recently bought a property where Matthew was acting as an agent and was pleased by the extremely professional and friendly manner in which Matthew carried himself. Due to overseas travel, I had a limited period of c. 8 days during which I could view and purchase the property. Matthew helped liaise with the vendor and vendor’s strata manager to provide swift responses to all my questions which facilitated a timely purchase. Being aware of my imminent travel plans he also helped connect me with an appropriate person at Belle Property to handle the property management side of things for post settlement ahead of time. It was great to work with him!

Fantastic agent
