We had an excellent experience with the recent sale of our home by Mark Jackson. A lot comes down to Mark’s communication which is direct and honest. He made it clear what our options were at the beginning and set our expectations well. At no point did we feel unsure of how the sale was progressing or that there was anything more that could be done. From a process point of view, we learnt so much about house sales despite this not being our first rodeo. He provided verbal and written reports at least twice weekly during the campaign. The reports were detailed and easy to follow. They allowed us to look back around auction time and feel we understood the buyers and what to expect for the sale. He has a team around him who also worked hard in the lead up and through the campaign and were a pleasure to deal with. We will not hesitate to have him manage any future house sales.
