Lovely, dedicated and hard working agent!
David was wonderful to work with. He was excellent on the communication front and helped guide us through the sale of our property. I also appreciated his honesty and he managed our expectations really well. When push came to shove, he worked really hard to help us secure a price we were happy with!

Wonderful agent with great negotiating skills
I chose to use Matthew after considering 5 different agencies and being impressed with his initial meeting and sound, realistic advice. His communication was always excellent through our campaign, and he successfully realised a price above our target and that was solely due to his negotiating skills. During the campaign, Matthew took it upon himself to embellish a garden that our property overlooked which had direct impact on people's perception at the opens, something that went above and beyond indeed! Highly recommended.

Matthew was very professional, courteous, knew a lot about the property.
It was a pleasure to deal with Matthew. He showed great market knowledge and was on top of detail about the particular property I was interested in. Matthew facilitated me having private viewings and in making contact with relevant people so that I could obtain independent information about the property. An Expert! Would Definitely Recommend!

Excellent Service
We went into the sale process very sceptical about real estate agents in general, and chose Matthew based on a personal recommendation. This fear was quickly dispelled by Matthew, he is knowledgeable about the area and prospective purchasers, professional, enthusiastic and friendly and the team behind him match this.
