Both Mark Jackson and Christian Percuoco of Belle Property were extremely professional, they carried out an excellent campaign, read the market and prospective buyers well and I have been really pleased with their campaign, showing the property and keeping me up to date with the numerous parties going through the property. We had regular meetings over the campaign and I was keep well informed.

Christian co-ordinates with Mark from Belle Neutral Bay to provide exceptional and highly knowledgeable information about the Lower North Shore Market. Christian is always immaculately presented and punctual and returns phone calls and texts messages in an extremely timely manner. His attention to detail and support to a Vendor was outstanding and a desire to achieve the very best possible result was highly appreciated. His sense of humour and empathy at what can be a stressful time was beyond expectations. I would definitely engage his services again on any future real estate transaction.

Tom was everything and more one expects from a seasoned professional: knowledgable, competent, personable. He maintained a close working relationship with me throughout the process, always keeping me informed, offering his advice and addressing my questions and concerns. I couldn't have been happier with his service.

Mark Jackson of Belle Property Neutral Bay proved to be the most professional, honest, hard working and kindest Real Estate Agent with incredible industry insight and the most comprehensive and unbelievable knowledge of the Lower North Shore and their Buyers. Selling your home is a very emotional and important investment decision and I would wholeheartedly recommend and without hesitation enlist Mark's services to represent me on the sale of a Sydney North Shore or Lower North Shore sale. The price Mark achieved with the help of his Assistant Christian and backed by their obviously hand picked team led to a sale before Auction at a point that exceeded my expectations. I cannot thank him and his team enough for a wonderful selling experience.

We chose Matthew as our sales agent based on our experience as prospective buyers over a number of years. We felt that they way an agent interacts with potential buyers is crucial to the sales process and have always found Matthew very approachable and reliable. In addition, Matthew has an excellent knowledge of properties in the area. Communication throughout the sales process was flawless and the market report during the campaign was very detailed and gave us as vendors a good idea of what our property might sell for. We would highly recommend Matthew as a sales agent and would happily use him again in the future.

During the entire campaign Matthew remained calm and focused. Our property was extremely unique and did not appeal to the average buyer wanting to enter the neighbourhood. Matthew managed to arrange excellent free editorial in Domain, the Financial Review and local papers. The property was given every opportunity to achieve the best price. His experience and expertise was best displayed at the auction where he was able to achieve the best result possible. We would highly recommend Matthew and his team.

We could not have expected more in terms of how hard Helen worked to get the outcome. At all stages of the transaction we were well informed and very comfortable with the strategy that was put in place. We are excited to be moving on to the next chapter and owe a lot to Helen for making it happen. We would encourage anyone thinking of selling in the area to get in touch with Helen and we’re sure you will be equally impressed! Verified by RateMyAgent
