Helen Wilson is an absolute gem of a real estate agent. She sold our house for a very good price in a difficult market and was a pleasure to deal with from day one. Helen is professional, personable, energetic, and, above all, an excellent communicator. We were never left in doubt about what was happening, she was always there with updates and advice. The selling process was a collaborative one, which we appreciated. The quality of the marketing campaign Helen oversaw was exemplary. Selling your house can be a fraught experience, not so with Helen as your agent—she made it painless. We could not recommend Helen Wilson more highly.

Great buying experience

Highly professional and committed with excellent knowledge
David did a fantastic job for us. He's an excellent communicator and has a great knowledge about the local market and how best to go about the campaign in different situations. He's also very professional and committed, and I could tell from his detailed updates that he'd done everything he could during the campaign to get the biggest market possible for us. I'd highly recommend him.

Christian is a knowledgeable and excellent communicator

An outstanding agent with excellent negotiating skills.
My first impression of Mark was that he was astute, honest and exceptionally knowledgeable about real estate. Whilst selling our home he constantly kept us informed of how the campaign was progressing. He was realistic and didn’t overstate anything. I knew we were in very capable hands and that I could trust his word. He sold our home quickly and we were more than thrilled with the price that he negotiated.

Tom did a fabulous job for the vendor in selling 312/100 Bay Road Waverton, but he made us feel he represented our interests as well. He went beyond expectations in providing honest responses to our questions, relaying messages between us and the vendor, providing market intelligence and accurately assessing likely demand. We felt -- and I'm sure other intending purchasers did too -- that he wanted US to buy the property and be satisfied with the result. And so we were.
