We’ve known Tom as an estate agent now for a number of years. We bought our house in Sydney from him back in 2012 and subsequently sold through him as well in 2015 ( so that must tell you something of our satisfaction with him). He is a committed professional with a very good knowledge of the market in the North Sydney, Mosman, Manly, Waverton, Wollstonecraft catchment and is a great communicator with a lovely sense of humour. A committed family man. Recently (April 2019) we had no hesitation in contacting Tom again to sell our apartment in Cammeray. He managed to achieve a very pleasing price for the property in a tight market and over a busy holiday period and the Federal election. We can’t recommend him highly enough. If you want an agent who will go that bit further to achieve a sale then look no further than Tom.

Tom was incredibly helpful in the process of buying our first home. He helped the vendor as much as he could from our point of view, but at the same time cared for us and our needs. He facilitated the process within 6 hours, and was available at all times. He worked hard for all parties, and at the same time was very kind and cheerful in a job that can be quite stressful. We're thankful for Tom overall, and cant recommend him enough.

Mark recently sold my property before auction in what was a down market and yet still well exceeded the complex's highest record price (achieved in a peak period). This was obtained due to his outstanding knowledge of the lower north shore and how best to market the property and importantly his reading of the prospective buyers. He has outstanding communication and negotiating skills. I was totally confident with Mark from the first meeting. He backed up his recommendations with examples and importantly everything he said he would do through the campaign he did; phone calls after every opening, weekly written reports and a weekly one on one update meeting. He has such an easy approachable style together with being very committed and always determined to produce the best results for his client. He totally represents your best interests.
