Honest, reliable and hard-working Agent!
When I appointed David to sell my apartment, I was confident with my choice of agent. He presented as a straight shooter, determined, with great local knowledge and had some good comparable sales under his belt. A few weeks later the property sold and for a good price. Above all, David did not achieve this outcome just because he was a good sales agent; it happened because David was relentless in his endeavour to fulfil his commitment to me, the seller, and no amount of obstacles, tricky circumstances, balancing acts and hard work was going to defeat him. David treated me as well as all potential buyers with great respect and I am immensely grateful for his effort. He went above and beyond!

Professional & Approachable
They say that a mortgage is one of the most important decisions that you will make in your life. When we decided to enter into this investment we did so after doing quite a bit of homework. We first met Helen when we were interested in another property. We were not successful on this property, however Helen had listened to what we wanted, she knew out budget and was very aware of the market. It took a couple of auctions before we WON and we are very happy with our purchase. If I had to describe Helen in three words I would say that Helen is 'genuine', 'knowledgable' & 'efficient'. I would definatley recomend Helen from Belle Property Neutral Bay to any person who is looking to enter or renter into the property market
