I recently sold my house in Neutral Bay with Matthew Smythe and his team from Belle Property Neutral Bay and was very impressed with the entire process. The attention to detail and fabulous service from Matthew and all in his office made the logistics of selling very smooth. Belle Property Neutral Bay certainly offers a premium service commensurate with the properties in the area and I would definitely recommend Matthew and his team.

We thought Tom and his team were great overall. We had a smooth campaign and Tom kept us updated extremely well throughout. We also had a good result, partly luck but also due to Tom and Belle’s campaign.

After looking for our new property for many months and meeting many agents it was a refreshing change to meet Tom at our new units first open house. He showed true professionalism from our first meeting and was fantastic with his knowledge, help and support through the journey. It was a pleasure to work with him would highly recommend him to others. Thanks Tom!

My partner and I had a great and very positive experience working with Tom. He was professional and very easy to communicate with. From the purchaser side, it made a huge difference working with an agent like Tom. Highly recommended.

We have recently sold our apartment through Belle Neutral Bay & also purchased another with the same agency. In both cases Mark has been most helpful & we would not hesitate to recommend Mark & his team.

David was a pleasure to deal with during the purchase and settlement process. He has an indepth understanding of the market on the lower north shore and is able to communicate relevant dynamics. I would recommend David because of this knowledge, his follow through and proactive and approachable communication style.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Tom and his colleague Georgina. We met with five local agents when narrowing down our search for the best agent in the area. Tom and Georgina were head and shoulders above the rest both in terms of service and competitive pricing. Their key selling points were an open and honest communication style, the ability to organise minor renovations for us, their clear consideration of our personal circumstances and a unique marketing strategy. They delivered seamlessly in all areas and we were very grateful for their responsiveness and open communication style especially when it can to negotiating our pre-auction sale. We are extremely confident that Tom and Georgina were able to maximise the sale price of our home despite declining market conditions. I would particularly like to acknowledge all of the hard work Georgina put in to help us finish our renovations, this made the sales process so much smoother and less stressful for us. Tom and Georgina deliver great service with a smile and i wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Mark was a pleasure to deal with, a good communicator and got us the result we wanted. Not only did he sell our house but he helped on the buying at the same time and his advice was very valuable. The happy, proactive, and lovely team he has working with him also made the process very easy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark to sell your home.

I’ve yet to deal with someone so personable. Someone who genuinely has your interests as a goal and priority. Which is very refreshing from past experiences. Making the process less stressful and enjoyable. Highly recommended and someone we will use for all properties moving forward.
