Excellent Result
It gives me great pleasure to commend to you Mark Watkins. Our home was Auctioned on the 7th of November, from all accounts and the feed back it looked like, we would have a number of people bidding to purchase our property. As we listened to the bidding we were shocked to hear the property pass in for $960 000, then that bidder came inside and Mark began to negotiate, he was able to achieve another $100 000, o reach our reserve.
