He and his people did a great job of getting enough genuine buyers to our auction to make bidding competitive. Mark's enthusiasm is infectious. In an industry full of rhetoric and hype and where no one seems immune, Mark has an underlying ability to reach what is truly important for a vendor beyond (but including) a good sale price. Observing him as an auctioneer, which I did more than just for our sale, he showed an ability to read the bidders and make them feel positive about buying.
