I met Mark during my search for a real estate agent to sell my home and found him to be open, honest, enthusiastic & knowledgeable about real estate in my area. His reliability, hard work and above all he constantly kept me informed during the sale, making it a pleasure to work with him. Marks experience and his advice to me concluded in a sucessfull result with very little stress for me. I would highly recommend Mark Watkins to anyone buying or selling real estate. Stuart came across as very credible. He provided a recommended approach and followed through accurately at each point in the process. We achieved a more than satisfactory outcome and Stuart ensured that leading up to the sale we were kept informed. He made this exercise as easy as possible so to sum it up, a great job.

Our family thought selling a house was all about advertising and commission and upon meeting Stuart and his co workers we realized the people really count especially when selling a much loved family home the agents can make a difference and Stuart Svec did. He provided excellent communication by listening to our needs and impeccable knowledge which led to a quick sale. Much appreciated!

We have sold and bought 4 houses over the last 7 years and Mark Watkins has been our agent. We have found Mark to be very passionate, approachable and has always gone the extra mile with our requests. His knowledge of and commitment to the industry is a credit to himself and I highly recommend if anyone is looking for and agent Mark is the man. I would also like to thank the staff at Hocking Stuart Mt. Waverley, they have always been very helpful with a smile.

We interviewed some agents to decide on the best way to sell our property. Some were quite "over the top" on suggesting market strategies. Stuart provided us with sensible and realistic information, so we appointed him as our sales agent. During the sales period, he provided us with good feedback on the progress of the campaign. I would happily recommend him to other vendors.

We discussed the sale of our property with several agents before finally settling on Stuart. Stuart immediately understood our particular situation and tailored a sales strategy that met our needs. Through his efforts we achieved a sale before Christmas at a price we were pleased with. Thank you Stuart!

Mark your commitment to not only the sale of our home but also the 'where to from here' concern you showed, has left a lasting impression upon us. Throughout the selling process you made sure not to inconvenience our family beyond what was necessary and your many years of sales experience and knowledge of the area proved to be a prudent and effective formula. Thank you once again, Peter and Xanthi Tochovitis
