We received feedback from buyers that our apartment was the best presented, and much of that is due to Patrick and his team. The sale process was stressful due to the original buyer pulling out, however Patrick kept us calm and kept in touch with the underbidder who eventually purchased our property. If Patrick hadn't done that, we might not have sold. One a personal note, Patrick is genuine, honest, realistic and doesn't give you the same spin as other agents in the area do.
