Monica did an excellent job at selling our apartment in Helen Street. We wanted to put our place on the market quickly and Monica was able to help us do that. Before listing, Monica was able to give us a some great styling tips which meant we could make our apartment look great on a budget. She managed the photographer and videographer well and put the finishing touches on the apartment before each open home. During the listing, Monica kept us up to date and created a strong level of interest through her knowledge of buyers from recent sales and Belle's polished marketing campaign.
