Monica and her team were amazing throughout our whole sale process. We were kept well up to date on all the different steps and when it came to actually selling we felt well informed and Monica’s communication was excellent. The team was really helpful in assisting us in getting the apartment ready for sale which was extremely valuable to us as we were juggling a few things at once. Our sale result was beyond what we hoped for and we are so grateful to the whole Belle team for all their work and of course Monica for getting our apartment sold quickly and exceeding our expectations.

James and his team were honest with their appraisal and highlighted areas to improve the selling price. Their strategy for the sale was to ensure the best price for the property and although the property did not sell at auction, there was no concern that it would not sell! They simple moved onto the next phase of the plan. Negotiations were intense at times but always tilted towards obtaining the best price. James and Jade were easy to communicate with, available at any time, returned all correspondence promptly and no problem was too small to discuss.

Monica communicated well throughout the entire campaign, keeping me informed at every stage with a high level of professionalism. Her marketing strategy made sense and was executed thoughtfully, although the final outcome was ultimately shaped by broader market conditions. Unfortunately, our open inspections coincided with an interest rate rise and the start of an international conflict — factors completely outside of the agent's control and which understandably dampened buyer confidence. As a first‑time seller, I appreciated Monica’s honest feedback and that she was never pushy.
