After interviewing a number of agents in the Lane Cove area, Patrick was the standout as to who we should go with. He has a huge amount of passion and dediaction to the job and was very easy to work with. He assisted me in selling my 'mature aged' parents apartment, and helped faciltate very inclusive communication with them throughout out the campaign via Zoom meetings and pre-lockdown, came to their house to meet with them to make their lives a little easier. He is a delightful person and worked very hard to ensure a great result for mum and dad. Communication was always excellent and I never felt I needed to chase for anything...it all came so easily from him. Monica is a delightful person to work with. She made the sale of my parents apartment completely stress free and such a pleasant experience. She went above and beyond with advising on styling and minor renovations to achieve a premium price. She organsied the trades and coordinated the whole apartment upgrade ... all with a smile. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is selling their apartment. We acheived a fabulous sales result and Monica was a huge part in making that happen. We have been working with Simon and his team from Belle property Lane Cove for around 18 months. We were initially discussing our planned move to the Northern Beaches with a goal of buying first before selling. During this long period, Simon gave us expert advice on how to prepare our property and how the market was moving. Over that whole period, we had a few false starts as we missed out on purchases but Simon never put any pressure on us to sell. He would touch base frequently enough to keep us informed but never in a way to pressure a sale. When the time came to sell, Simon gave us expert advice on what we should budget to achieve and a realistic range of what was possible. His advice was accurate and realistic. Once committed, Simon introduced us to his fantastic marketing and support team who were just a pleasure to deal with. The marketing was outstanding and process was seamless. A real credit to Claire, Lily, Claudia and Kim. Simon advised us to time our sale around what was happening with supply and comparable sales in the area. Whilst I was nervous about his advice, he proved spot on and was able to achieve a result in a very short space of time (despite lockdown) that we were really happy with.
